Property fair set to attract luxury home seekers

KUALA LUMPUR: The Star Property Fair 2011 – the third this year – promises to be a one-stop destination for discerning home buyers and investors in the high-end property market.

Scheduled to be held from Nov 25 to 27 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), the fair will showcase the best of luxury properties from some of the top developers in the country, including SP Setia, IOI Properties, Naza TTDI and Mah Sing.

More than 30 other developers will also set up booths at the event.

Buyers will also get the chance to secure much-sought after properties in an auction conducted by CIMB Property Mart, while sub-sale deals will be available at the Star Property booth.

Industry experts will also give talks on topics ranging from feng shui to property investment.

The panellists include interior design guru Benson Saw, feng shui master David Koh and property consultant Gavin Tee.

Some 20,000 people are expected to turn up for the event which will start from 11am to 7pm daily at exhibition halls four and five.
